Kitten is guaranteed to be of sound health at time of purchase. It is agreed
that the buyer has the option to have their own veterinarian examine the
kitten within 72 hours to confirm its health. In the event that there is a
serious health problem, buyer will have the option to return the kitten for
a full refund or replacement kitten. There will be no refunds given on
veterinary or shipping costs.

Breeder warranties kitten for any genetic disorder before the age of 12
months. Such disorder must be diagnosed by a licensed certified veterinarian
and must be accompanied by a veterinarian statement. Should kitten die
within the first 12 month as a direct result of such a disorder kitten will
be replaced with another kitten of equal value, color and sex.
